| 450. Withdrawal of cases by Judicial Magistrates.—(1) Any Chief Judicial Magistrate may withdraw any case from, or recall any case which he has made over to, any Magistrate subordinate to him, and may inquire into or try such case himself, or refer it for inquiry or trial to any other such Magistrate competent to inquire into or try the same. (2) Any Judicial Magistrate may recall any case made over by him under sub-section (2) of section 212 to any other Magistrate and may inquire into or try such cases himself. | 410. Sir what I want to know that may I transfer my criminal case to any other fast-track court
As I m a 74 years old person and a heart petient I filled a criminal complain in JMFC court under section 329 bnss but the court is giving me long dates as three months after one date,I think that justice is not possible in my life time if such time passed by court so can I transfer the case to fast track court and how that can be
you can approach high court under section 482 CrPC read with section 528 BNS for a direction to the court to expedite your case trial.
