Advocacy is not commerce; it is a vocation grounded in unwavering professional ethics. Clients reach out through trust and personal knowledge, and each day brings a new legal question from a different branch of law.
As an independent practitioner, I do not work on retainers. I assist anyone, in any area of law—an openness that continually broadens my professional horizon.
My research is rigorous. I maintain detailed notes that often develop into the articles published here. I use modern research tools, but every line is verified against authoritative sources such as SCC, AIR, SCR and other authentic repositories.
In an age of abundant information, accuracy remains hard-won. I hope these writings make that search easier.
